Detail Itinerary:-

Day 01 : Kalka/Chandigarh to Shimla

Arrive Kalka/Chanidgarh and transfer by road to Shimla (110 KM / 4 hrs) the former summer capital of British India, set amidst the snow capped Shivalik Mountains which offers some of the most stunning views of the mighty Himalayas. Arrive & check in hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure.

Stay overnight.

Day 02 : Shimla – Sangla ( 230 kms, drive 8 – 9 HRS)

Drive to Sangla through the thick woods of Kufri, Fagu and Narkanda and along side the River Sutlej to arrive in the evening and check in to Luxury Camp. Enjoy the evening in beautiful surroundings in the river valley of Baspa at a height of 9000ft. This is one of the most beautiful valleys in the Himalayas and is often compared to the famous valley of Kashmir. Known for its rich Kinnauri culture and apple orchards, this valley was opened for tourists only in 1993 for its close proximity to the Tibetien border. Dinner with bon fire at Camp.

Day 03 : Sangla - Chitkul (14 kms, 3- 4 HRS one side)

After breakfast, trek to Chitkul. Go through a gradual climb along the Baspa river to reach High altitude pastures of Chitkul at 10,000 – 12000 ft. Surrounded by mountains, the site is a paradise to be in and its peace and tranquility adds to its beauty. Overnight at hotel/camp in Sangla.

Day 04 : Sangla - Kalpa

Visit Kalpa by surface. Go for a date with local folks in the afternoon, just spend the day fishing in Baspa river which is full of Trout or just go hiking in the forest. Just to name a few ways to spend time in this wonderful location. An occasional sight of rare musk dear is also possible for the lucky ones. Dinner with bon fire and overnight at camp.

Day 05 : Kalpa – Nako

Experience the wild side of nature, with a thrilling Jeep safari. You are about to embark upon a journey through the cold desert of Himachal Pradesh. Overnight stay.

Day 06 : Nako (Local sightseeing)

Visit the Nako village, and Nako lake. Evening free at lesiure to spend time with the local people.

DAY 07: Nako - Kaza (via Tabo)

Early morning drive to the beautiful Kaza town, called the Ajanta Ellora of Himachal Pradesh. Overnight stay.

Day 08: Kaza (Local sightseeing)

Visit the Kie Moanstery and Khibber Village, the highest inhabited village in the world. Overnight Stay.

Day 09 : Kaza – Losar

Overnight stay at Losar before reaching Manali. (compulsory due to time constraints)

Day 10 : Losar - Manali

Reach Manali via Rohtang/Jalori pass. Considered to be some of the most picturesque yet highly dangerous to navigate through, the journey through these passes will surely thrill and excite you to no limits.
